New Feature

Sequence Intercept

Send a one-off email to any contact mid-sequence without disrupting their scheduled steps. Available on Scale and Max plans.

  • Intercept lets you manually send an email to a contact while their sequence continues uninterrupted. Use it when you tried calling, want to check in, or need to add a personal touch between steps.
  • Built-in templates cover the most common intercept scenarios. Pick one to pre-fill the subject and body, then personalise before sending.
  • Optionally thread the email with the original sequence by choosing to use the sequence subject — the message will land in the same inbox thread as your campaign.
  • Create your own intercept templates in Settings to match your team's voice and use cases.
  • Available to Scale and Max plan users. The sequence flow is never modified — the contact continues receiving their scheduled emails as planned.
New Feature

Campaign Notification Emails

Get automatic email reports when your campaign steps complete and when the full sequence finishes.

  • Every time a sequence step completes, you receive a step report showing sent count, delivery rate, and reply metrics.
  • When your campaign fully completes, a comprehensive final report arrives with per-step breakdown and contact outcomes.
  • Both emails include live domain health data: DMARC, SPF, BIMI, MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT status for your sending domain.
  • Manage notification preferences in Settings. Toggle step completion and campaign completion emails independently.
  • Use the Send Report button on any campaign to request the report on demand at any time.
New Feature

Domain Authentication Scanner — Powered by Skysnag

Reach now scans your sending domain's full authentication profile — SPF, DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI — directly from your Email Accounts page. Available on all plans.

  • Every connected email account is automatically scanned for its domain's authentication records: SPF, DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI — results appear instantly on the Email Accounts page.
  • Unlike most sequencers and email senders, Reach looks beyond your sending configuration. These records protect your actual domain name — across every service sending on your behalf, not just Reach.
  • Missing critical records trigger a clear, non-scary explanation of the risk and what it means for your domain's deliverability and reputation.
  • If all records are in place, Reach recommends automating your DMARC reporting to maintain full visibility as your sending scales across multiple services.
  • The scanner is powered by Skysnag's authentication engine — the same technology used by enterprises worldwide to protect their email infrastructure.
  • Reach Max subscribers get Skysnag Comply — our full automated DMARC reporting and enforcement platform — included at no extra cost. Create an account at app.skysnag.com and contact [email protected] or use the in-app chat for activation.
New Feature

Intelligent Multi-Select on Contacts

Drag to select multiple contacts, keyboard shortcuts, and auto-scroll — bulk actions at the speed of your cursor.

  • Drag your mouse across the contacts table to instantly select multiple rows — the selection snaps to rows you pass over.
  • Use Ctrl+A (Cmd+A on Mac) to select all contacts, Escape to clear, or Delete to remove selected contacts instantly.
  • Shift+Click for range selection works seamlessly within the drag interface.
  • As you drag near the edges of the viewport, the table auto-scrolls so you can select contacts across the entire list without stopping.
  • Selection persists as you scroll — drag near the bottom, the page scrolls automatically, and intersected rows stay highlighted.
  • Once selected, a floating action bar appears at the bottom with "Add to List" and "Delete" — never scroll back to the top again.
New Feature

Automations — Always-On Sequences

A new type of campaign that stays active indefinitely. Add contacts anytime and they immediately start from Step 1 — perfect for ongoing lead gen.

  • When creating a campaign you can now choose "Automation" type instead of the standard scheduled campaign.
  • Automations are always-on: once activated, they remain active and ready to receive new contacts at any time.
  • Each contact you add immediately starts receiving emails from Step 1 of the sequence — no scheduling required.
  • The dashboard now has dedicated "Campaigns" and "Automations" tabs for easy filtering. Automations show a distinctive amber "Always Active" badge.
  • From the Automation detail page, click "Add Contacts" to enroll new leads. You can add contacts one by one or in bulk — each will begin their journey through the sequence right away.
  • Ideal for persistent lead-gen workflows: import a contact list weekly, integrate with your CRM, or manually add high-priority leads whenever they come in.
New Feature

A/B Testing for Email Sequences

Test multiple versions of your emails to find the message that resonates best — track performance per variant and identify winners.

  • Create up to 4 variants (A, B, C, D) per sequence step, each with its own subject line and body.
  • Set traffic weights to control what percentage of contacts receive each variant — weights are adjustable via sliders.
  • Contacts are randomly assigned to a variant when the campaign activates, ensuring consistent experience across all steps.
  • Campaign analytics show sent count, reply count, and reply rate per variant with the highest-performing variant highlighted as the winner.
  • Available on all plans. A/B testing helps you continuously improve your outreach by learning what works.
New Feature

Intelligent Duplication Avoidance

Reach now detects when contacts have already been reached out to or are in an active campaign — including in-company domain matching — before you launch.

  • When building a new campaign, Reach automatically checks if any selected contacts are already in an active campaign, have been previously contacted, or share a domain with someone already being targeted.
  • A dedicated review step surfaces all conflicts grouped by type: active duplicates, previous outreach history, and same-organisation conflicts.
  • For each conflict you can individually skip or include the contact. Domain conflicts show which contact at the same org is already in a campaign and which campaign is active.
  • No contacts are silently dropped — you stay in control. The feature works across all campaign types and respects organisation-level access.
New Feature

Email Authentication Domain Scanner

Instantly see the full authentication profile of any contact's domain — DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, and BIMI — powered by the Skysnag authentication engine.

  • Open any contact profile and get a live scan of their domain's email authentication setup — no manual lookups required.
  • Reach adapts its MTA delivery strategy based on authentication data, improving inbox placement across all major email providers.
  • An overall authentication score (Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor) gives a fast read on deliverability risk before you start reaching out.
  • Available on Scale and Max plans. Powered by Skysnag's advanced authentication scanning engine used by thousands of enterprises worldwide.
Improvement

Redesigned Contacts Page

A fully rebuilt contacts experience for sales teams — advanced search, filters, sortable columns, bulk actions, and CRM badges.

  • Filter contacts by status, CRM connection, or list membership — all filters stack and clear with one click.
  • Sort by name, email, company, status, or date added. Results update instantly.
  • Bulk actions toolbar lets you add to list or delete multiple contacts at once.
  • Stat cards at the top give an instant snapshot: total, active, unsubscribed, and CRM-linked counts.
Improvement

Campaign Progress Shows Real Timings

The campaigns list now shows which step each campaign is on, last email sent, and when the next one is scheduled.

  • Visual step indicator shows exactly where each campaign stands in its sequence.
  • Last sent and next scheduled dates are pulled from real send times, not estimates.
Bug Fix

Out-of-Office Contacts Now Resume Properly

Fixed out-of-office contacts getting stuck and not resuming after setting a return date or clicking Resume.

  • When you set a return date, the contact immediately shows as scheduled to resume on that date.
  • If the return date is today or earlier, the contact resumes immediately.
  • The status panel stays in sync so the UI always reflects actual contact state.

February 2026

New Feature

Reschedule Emails in Active Campaigns

Pick a new send date for pending emails — per contact or all at once — without removing anyone from the sequence.

  • Every active contact row in a campaign now has a Reschedule button. Click it, pick a new date and time, and all pending emails for that contact shift accordingly.
  • A "Reschedule all" button in the contacts card header lets you move every pending email in the campaign at once — useful when a holiday or team pause pushes your timeline.
  • Relative gaps between sequence steps are preserved when rescheduling in bulk. If Step 2 was 3 days after Step 1, it stays 3 days after the new Step 1 date.
  • Only pending emails are affected. Sent, bounced, and replied contacts are untouched.
New Feature

YouTube & Vimeo Video Embeds in Sequences

Insert a YouTube or Vimeo link in your sequence step and it renders as a clickable thumbnail in the email — no manual HTML required.

  • A new Video button in the sequence step formatting toolbar prompts you for a YouTube or Vimeo URL and validates it before inserting.
  • The preview pane renders the video as a thumbnail with a red play button overlay — exactly what your recipients will see.
  • When the email sends, the thumbnail is embedded using standard HTML with inline styles for maximum compatibility across email clients.
  • Clicking the thumbnail in the email opens the video on YouTube or Vimeo — a proven way to increase engagement in cold outreach.
New Feature

Automatic Out-of-Office Detection

Reach automatically detects out-of-office auto-replies and pauses the contact's sequence until they return.

  • OOO replies are detected automatically — no manual checking required.
  • Set a return date and the sequence resumes on that date, or resume the contact manually anytime.
Improvement

Resume Respects Replies and Bounces

Resuming a paused campaign now cancels pending emails for contacts who replied or bounced while the campaign was paused.

  • Contacts who replied while paused have their pending follow-ups cancelled automatically on resume.
  • Bounced and unsubscribed contacts are skipped — no emails reach invalid addresses.
Improvement

Sequence Timing Adjusts to Real Send Times

After each email sends, the next follow-up is rescheduled from the actual send time — not from campaign activation.

  • Sequence delays are always calculated from when the previous email actually left — not when you created the campaign.
  • Timing stays accurate to what your contacts experience, regardless of daily limits or pacing.

January 2026

New Feature

Enterprise Granular Permissions System

Complete role-based access control with 50+ granular permissions, custom roles, resource sharing, and full audit logging for enterprise teams.

  • Admins now have full control over what each team member can see and do. Over 50 granular permissions cover every feature: campaigns, sequences, contacts, lists, inbox, email accounts, workflows, analytics, settings, and team management.
  • Create custom roles beyond the default Admin, Member, and Viewer roles. Assign multiple roles to users and define exactly which permissions each role includes.
  • Resource-level sharing allows selective access: share specific campaigns, sequences, contact lists, or workflows with individual team members or roles without exposing everything.
  • Visibility controls let you set resources as Private (creator only), Shared (specific users/roles), or Organization-wide. Team members always retain access to resources they created.
  • Sensitive permissions like data export, contact deletion, and billing access are flagged and tracked. Every permission change and sensitive action is recorded in the audit log.
  • Comprehensive audit logging captures all permission changes, role assignments, resource shares, and sensitive data access with timestamps, IP addresses, and actor identification.
  • Permission checks are enforced at every layer: API routes validate permissions before processing, database queries filter by access rights, and the UI hides or disables unauthorized actions.
  • Access Settings > Permissions to manage roles, assign permissions, configure member access, and review the full audit trail. Available on all team plans.
New Feature

Privacy & Data Security as a Priority

A comprehensive security update focused on preventing unauthorized data access, minimizing leakage risk, and ensuring enterprise-grade data protection.

  • Defense-in-depth security: permissions are enforced at three layers — API validation, database query filtering, and UI access control. No single point of failure.
  • Data isolation by default: team members see only their own resources unless explicitly shared. Admins can view all, but actions are always logged.
  • Sensitive data protection: export operations, bulk deletions, and access to contact PII require explicit permissions and generate audit entries.
  • Session security enhancements: permission changes take effect immediately. Revoking a role or permission invalidates the user's access without requiring logout.
  • Sharing with expiration: resource shares can include an expiry date. Access is automatically revoked when the share expires.
  • IP-based access logging: every sensitive action records the originating IP address and user agent for compliance and forensic review.
  • Audit log retention: permission changes and sensitive access events are retained for compliance review. Export audit logs anytime for external review.
  • Built with security best practices: parameterized queries prevent SQL injection, rate limiting protects against abuse, and all permission checks use constant-time comparisons.
  • These changes reflect our commitment to enterprise-grade security and privacy. Reach is built for teams that handle sensitive prospect data and require complete control over who can access what.
New Feature

CRM Integration: Pipedrive, HubSpot, and Salesforce

Connect your CRM and see deal context, lead status, and pipeline stage directly alongside your contacts.

  • Contacts are automatically matched by email address and CRM links appear in the contacts table.
  • View deal name, stage, and owner from the campaign contacts view.
  • Jump directly to the CRM record with a single click.
New Feature

Send from Multiple Email Accounts

Rotate outbound emails across multiple accounts per campaign to distribute volume and stay within provider limits.

  • Add a pool of email accounts to any campaign to spread sends across them.
  • Each account's daily send limit is configurable to match your email provider.

December 2025

New Feature

Automatic Reply Detection

Incoming replies are automatically detected and the contact's sequence pauses so no follow-ups are wasted.

  • Every inbound email is scanned for replies in real time.
  • Sequences pause immediately for contacts who respond.
  • Reply rate is tracked on your campaign dashboard.
New Feature

Contact Activity Timeline

See every interaction with a contact in one place — sends, opens, replies, and bounces in chronological order.

  • Full history of all emails sent, opens, and replies per contact.
  • Never lose context on a contact's engagement across campaigns.
New Feature

Analytics Dashboard

Reply rates by step, hourly send heatmaps, MX provider breakdown, and CSV exports.

  • Reply rate is tracked per step, per campaign, and per sender.
  • Hourly heatmap shows which days and times drive the most responses.
  • One-click CSV export of all campaign performance data.
New Feature

Sequence Builder

Build reusable multi-step email sequences with configurable delays, merge fields, and thread-aware follow-ups.

  • Create sequences with any number of steps, each with a configurable delay.
  • Follow-up steps send as replies in the original thread automatically.
  • Sequences are reusable across campaigns — build once, run many times.

Invite team members, assign roles, and collaborate on campaigns without sharing credentials.

  • Add team members as Admin, Editor, or Viewer with role-based access control.
